Awesome back take but not necessary from this arm bar if JT faced the feet instead of the head. It would prevent the opponent’s ability to stack. Any feed back would be welcomed.

This move is a great no-gi move as well. I saw Marcel Garcia land this in competition as well. JT and Marcelo both have great instructionals and JT is clearly on par with Marcelo on clarity and detail. Awesome JOB.

This lesson is taught well, especially when he mentions the common mistake of the combination. You look tired in the competition video because it looks like you were about to sink the choke and then gave it up.
